It has been a busy 24 hours for the OneDrive team at Microsoft. After announcing unlimited OneDrive storage for Office 365 users yesterday, they also updated the OneDrive app for Windows Phone. The update, version 4.4 for those keeping score, brings several new user experience improvements along with support for OneDrive for Business. Now, like on other platforms, you can sign into both your personal and business OneDrive accounts from the app at the same time.

The biggest and most notable change to the OneDrive app for Windows Phone is the improved UI. Now in the app you have a more

traditional left-side slide out navigation menu for you to move between your files, recent files and shared files. It is here you can also adjust the settings of the app and add your OneDrive for Business account. When viewing your files in OneDrive, you can swipe left or right to move between files, recent files and shared files for much easier and smoother navigation.
The OneDrive for business support is certainly a nice improvement for users of the service who, until now, would have to sign out of their personal account in order to use their business account. That’s no longer the case and brings the Windows Phone version of the OneDrive app on par with other versions of the app.
