Product Submissions to Clinton Fitch (Dot) Com!

Do you have a product you would like Clinton Fitch (Dot) Com! to review?  If so, here is the process to have it considered:

1.  Contact Clinton via email

2.  Once your email has been received he will consider whether your product is one that will fit within Clinton Fitch (Dot) Com!'s scope.  While the site is primarily for Windows Mobile products, don't hesitate to send your email anyway.  We have done many reviews on non-Windows Mobile products.

3.  Once your product has been approved, you will be supplied with a shipping address.  If your product is software you can either ship a retail package to the address supplied or you can provide download and registration details.

Important Notes:

 - When you send a review item you are acknowledging that Clinton Fitch (Dot) Com! will be writing an unbiased review of your product.  We do not "sell reviews" and you cannot buy a positive review with advertising.

- The review is property of Clinton Fitch (Dot) Com! although quoting of the review for your own site or marketing purposes is permitted so long as the site is given credit for the quote

- You will not be given the opportunity to "approve" the review prior to publication nor will you be given editorial authority of any kind.

- You will be contacted if the item appears to be defective as it is only fair that a working item be reviewed.

- Clinton Fitch (Dot) Com! will not review vaporware nor non-released software and hardware.  While we will be happy to talk about your future product in our RSS feed, it is not fair to our readers to publish an "official" review of an unavailable item.

- Items sent will be used during the review process.  For this reason we generally do not return review items provided.

- You will be given a tentative date upon which the review will appear, usually 4-6 weeks after the receipt of the item.  Actual dates will depend on the complexity of the review item as well as the existing reviews in our queue.

- A link to the manufacturer's site and a link to the product supplier's site will be included in the review along with the MSRP and wrap-up comments.  If there is a particular retailer that you would like linked, we are happy to accommodate those wishes.
