I have been writing Pocket PC
and Handheld PC hardware and software reviews since 1999. I began writing
for Simply|HPC in 2000 writing reviews on the Handheld PC platform. When
Simply|HPC began a part of cyber history in 2002, the majority of the leadership
and writers of the site formed HPC:Factor. HPC:Factor is a thriving site
today and is solely dedicated to the Handheld PC platform. I continue to
write for the site as well as serve as the Reviews Editor and Reviews Forum
Moderator and Administrator. Chris Tilley is the heart-and-soul of
HPC:Factor and he spends countless hours keeping the site looking fresh and new.
In August of 2004 I turned my personal domain into a Pocket PC hardware and
software review site and there has been no looking back. I write for
Smartphone & PocketPC magazine on a part-time basis with 2-3 articles per
year.

From my early
days I’ve been exposed to the complexities of technology from my parents and
it’s finally rubbed off on me. This is my first time writing reviews for
Pocket PCs, but I’ve been an eager writer since…conception, and have previous
writing experience for school yearbook and newspaper since 2003. I’m eager to have
this
writing opportunity and I
am looking forward to it very much.

New technology seems to be a
popular thing around my family so naturally I was recruited to write on my dad’s
awesome website. Most of my technological experience has been with games on
computers but I will delve into the world of gaming on the PocketPC. I will also
be doing PocketPC reviews out for music oriented programs on the devices since I
spend my free time jamming on my guitar.
