After having their flagship phone on sale for Amazon Prime Day last week, Huawei has lowered the price of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro once again.  While it isn’t as good as the Prime Day deal, it is a hefty savings for those considering it.  Normally the 6″ phablet is $799 now through June 30th you can pick one up on Amazon for just $549.  And this isn’t a stripped down version either.  It has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage.  The $549 price represents the lowest price by far that has been available on the Mate 10 Pro here in the US.

I reviewed the Huawei Mate 10 Pro earlier this year and as I put in that review, it is one of the best phones out there right now.  Huawei has done a fantastic job with the overall design of the phone and the Android Oreo built EMUI 8 user experience is excellent.

If you haven’t checked into the Google Play Store over the weekend and are a player of games like Candy Crush Saga or Clash of Clans, you may want to take a peek.  Over the weekend, Google started a $1 off promotion on in-app purchases on a handful of games.  The promotion ends on February 28.

There are five games that you can get the $1 discount on throughout this month:

To get the discount, you just need to accept the promotion within the Google Play Store, then open one of the games and make an in-app purchase.  The $1 discount will be applied prior to completing the purchase.

Today over on Amazon, you can pick up a great deal on the SanDisk Ultra Fit 128GB USB 3.0 drive for your PC, Mac or Chromebook.  Normally this stub-style USB drive is $79.99 but right now you can pick one up for $33.99, a savings of 58%.  If you don’t need 128GB, you can pick up the 64GB version for just $17.99.  The Ultra Fit drives are small drives that deliver great performance.  They are roughly the size of a USB mouse receiver to give you an idea and because of that compact size, you can leave them plugged into your devices all the time.  They don’t protrude like a traditional USB flash drive.

Over at Amazon, SanDisk is running a huge sale on their Ultra series of MicroSD cards.  These cards are compatible with Android devices (assuming you have a MicroSD expansion slot) but you will want to check the maximum size your particular phone or tablet can handle.  The headliner of this sale is the 200GB card.  Normally this card retails for $249.99 on Amazon but today (or while supplies last, it is down to $89.99.  Do the math and that tells you this is a 64% savings.  That’s a huge deal.

Earlier in the week, along with the Nexus 5X price drop, Google dropped the price of the Nexus 6P in Gold by $50.  That put the 32GB model at $449 while the 64GB model is at $499.  Now you can get that same pricing over at Amazon too.

The price matching at Amazon is not something new and generally after a week or two of exclusivity at Google, they match the price so their customer base can get the same price.  It’s a smart move from Amazon as their customers can use gift cards (or a combination of cards and credit cards) to pay for the device. The Google Store for now is credit card.
