It may be time for me to create a “This Week in 6Tag Updates” section of the site.

Once again developer Rudy Huyn has dropped another update to the popular Instagram app for Windows Phone, this time it increments up to version 4.3 for those keeping score at home.  This update, like the 4.2 update last week, brings several new features both from a photo sharing perspective as well as the user experience.  It’s certainly worth the upgrade and it is available now in the Windows Phone store.

The ever popular Instagram app for Windows Phone, 6Tag, has received yet another update bringing several new features to users.  The Instagram app is the work of developer Rudy Huyn, one of the most prolific in the Windows community and is hands-down superior to the official Instagram app for Windows Phone which has not seen an update in well over a year now.  This latest update, version 4.2 for those keeping score at home, is available now in the Windows Phone Store.

The popular Instagram app 6Tag has received another update for those who use it on Windows Phone.  This latest update, version 4.1 for those keeping score at home, was hinted at last week by developer Rudy Huyn on Twitter and included a tease of the biggest improvement of the release:  Improved photo upload quality.  6Tag is my favorite Instagram app for Windows Phone, far outstripping the year-long beta Instagram official app in features and functionality.

The go-to client in my opinion for Instagram for Windows Phone is 6Tag, one of the many apps that developer Rudy Huyn has developed for the platform.  6Tag over the course of the last few months has received numerous updates as it is continually improved – a far cry from the year old Instagram official app that sits stale in the Windows Phone Store.  This latest update to the app, version 4.0.6.0 for those keeping score at home, brings two new features an improvements to the Live Tile.

The updates just keep coming to 6Tag for Windows Phone.  The popular and far superior Instagram app has seen its forth update in 5 days and continues to add new features.  Usually when you see daily updates to an app it is to fix issues with the original big release.  Not the case with 6Tag.  The latest update has just dropped and it is version 4.0.4 for those keeping score at home.  In this update there are two new features:  A refresh button and a the use of geolocation from the image when you edit the post.
