The 10,000mAh means that you can charge most devices 2-3 times before the battery itself depletes.  With the dual ports, you can charge two devices at once but keep in mind that it will take longer to charge both devices.  It can output a maximum of 5V/2A when charging.

Today’s Deal over at Amazon is a great and inexpensive external battery pack to charge your phone.  The iXCC 3400mAH slim battery pack is designed to charge your device one full charge, fits easily into a pocket or handbag and is just $10 today on the site.  The pack is a slim design that measures 3.8″ long and weighs just 3.8 ounces so it isn’t going to take up a lot of room.  It has a single USB 2.0 charging port to charge your device and it is compatible with virtually any device.  Obviously if your battery is bigger than a 3400mAH rating you won’t get a full charge on your phone but you can get it a long way towards it when you are in that desperate mode to get charged up before your phone dies (and we have all been there at least once in our life).
