I reviewed the Huawei Mate 10 Pro a few months ago and as I put in that review, it is one of the best phones out there right now.  Huawei has done a fantastic job with the overall design of the phone and the Android Oreo built EMUI 8 user experience is excellent.

If you haven’t checked into the Google Play Store over the weekend and are a player of games like Candy Crush Saga or Clash of Clans, you may want to take a peek.  Over the weekend, Google started a $1 off promotion on in-app purchases on a handful of games.  The promotion ends on February 28.

There are five games that you can get the $1 discount on throughout this month:

• Candy Crush Saga
• Clash of Clans
• Candy Crush Soda Saga
• Gardenscapes
• Clash of Kings

To get the discount, you just need to accept the promotion within the Google Play Store, then open one of the games and make an in-app purchase.  The $1 discount will be applied prior to completing the purchase.

A friendly reminder for those who are still thinking of picking up the great deal on the Nextbit Robin over at Amazon.  The Robin is still on sale today at Amazon for just $199, a $200 savings off the regular price.  It is available in both Mint and Midnight for that price and if you are an Amazon Prime member, you can get free shipping on it as well and get it on Saturday if you order today.

Today’s deal over at Amazon is another good one on a MicroSD card.  Yesterday I posted on the SanDisk 128GB MicroSD card for $39.  Today it gets one-upped by the Patriot 128GB card.  Right now on Amazon you can pick up the Patriot 128GB Class 10 MicroSD card for $29.99.  This card has a transfer rate of 70mb/sec so full HD video recording on this card will be no problem at all.  The card comes with a SD card adapter as well, something that everyone can use a spare one or two.

Today’s deal over at Amazon is a pretty good one for those who are looking for a MicroSD card for the Android devices (or other devices for that matter).  Right now you can pick up the Samsung 128GB Class 10 SDXC card for just $39.99.  The card has a transfer rate of 48MB/sec so it should work on virtually any Android device that supports up to 128GB cards and is fast enough to record full HD video in cameras.  Double-check your phone or camera’s specs to make sure.

If you don’t need or can’t use a 128GB card, the 64GB card is also on sale today for $19.89.
