Отличные новости! Google Assistant теперь доступен на русском языке
The global expansion of Google Assistant took another step forward this morning, with the release of Russian language support for the service. While it is still in the process of rolling out to compatible phones, the Official Google Blog in Russia has been updated with the news of the release and indicates that the roll out for both Android and iOS will be taking place over the next several days for devices running Android Lollipop and later.
Like in other countries, once the update is available for your phone in Russia, you will be able to setup Google Assistant and select Russian as your language. You can select the language in your settings while you go through the setup process or afterward by going opening up Google Assistant, open up the Explorer tab (the compass icon), then use the menu to go to Settings>Phone.
Google has made it clear that they have big expansion plans for Assistant in 2018 and so far, they have been good to their word. In all, it is expected that 37 countries will have Assistant by the time we close out the year.
